Which file formats can I send?
The instant calculator accepts STL files. For other formats, drawings, or an early concept, contact us first so we can confirm the right way to review your project.
Which materials are available?
Material selection depends on the part's intended use, geometry, environment, and finish requirements. Tell us what the part must do and we will confirm suitable options during review.
What sizes can you manufacture?
Our large-format capability up to 900 × 900 × 1500 mm is being prepared. We confirm the currently available build capacity for every custom request before quoting.
How long does a custom project take?
Timing depends on model readiness, material, size, quantity, finishing, and the production queue. A realistic schedule is confirmed when the request is reviewed.
Can I order a prototype or a small batch?
Yes. We can assess one-off prototypes, replacement parts, and small repeat batches. Quantity is considered together with geometry and production requirements.
